Christy Mounts, MBA, has extensive experience in quality and operations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. From 2020 to 2025, Christy held various leadership roles at Biogen, culminating as the Global Head of External Quality for Clinical Operations & Emerging Technology. Currently, Christy serves as the AVP of Quality Strategy, Digital and Transformation at Eli Lilly and Company since 2025. Christy earned an MBA from Meredith College and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Duke University.
