David Riggs

David Riggs, PharmD, possesses extensive experience in regulatory affairs and quality management within the pharmaceutical industry, primarily at Eli Lilly and Company. Serving as Associate Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs, David leads regulatory advertising and promotion efforts while previously overseeing multiple aspects of drug development, including drug applications for pulmonary arterial hypertension and erectile dysfunction. David's career at Eli Lilly also includes leadership roles in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, managing cross-functional teams and liaising with regulatory authorities such as the FDA. An alumnus of Butler University with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, David furthered expertise through a post-graduate fellowship in Regulatory Affairs at Eli Lilly. David's therapeutic focus areas span pulmonology, men's health, neuroscience, and oncology.
