Holly Couch is currently the LPS Risk Management Quality Liaison at Eli Lilly and Company, having held various roles including Associate Director and CSP Quality Consultant. Since 2000, Holly has supported cGMP compliance projects for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, developing and implementing validation strategies across various systems and equipment. Holly previously served as Principal Engineer at Performance Validation, leading projects to validate equipment and facilities. Holly earned an MBA in Venture & Technology Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
