Ipsita Roy

Ipsita Roy is an accomplished project management leader with 19 years of experience in drug development, specializing in early phase oncology at Eli Lilly. Previously, they served in various roles including Senior Project Manager at Aragen Biosciences, where they led significant R&D projects, and as part of the project management team at Lineage Cell Therapeutics and Loxo Oncology. Ipsita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and two Master’s degrees in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology from Visva-Bharati and San Jose State University. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Early Phase Oncology at Eli Lilly, where they continue to drive innovation in drug discovery operations.
