Jessica Roberts

Jessica Roberts is an accomplished intellectual property attorney currently serving as Sr. Director - Patent Counsel at Eli Lilly and Company since April 2025, where responsibilities include providing IP support for the Genetic Medicine portfolio. Prior to this role, Jessica was Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. and spent nearly a decade at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, where responsibilities involved managing and prosecuting patent applications in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Jessica's career began with a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, focusing on human cancer research, and includes a robust academic background with a PhD in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University and a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Franklin & Marshall College.
