Jinju James is a Principal Scientist at Eli Lilly and Company, where they have previously held roles as a Senior Scientist and Postdoctoral Scientist. Jinju completed a PhD in Organic Chemistry at University College Dublin, where they developed methodologies for catalytic asymmetric synthesis under the guidance of Prof. Pat Guiry.
