Leah Padgett

Leah Padgett is a molecular biologist and team leader with over 20 years of diverse research experience. They currently serve as a Director at Eli Lilly and Company, where they utilize their extensive background in molecular pharmacology. Leah has held previous positions, including Director of Technology Development at Quantigen Biosciences and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology from Indiana University School of Medicine, along with a Bachelor of Science in Genetic Biology from Ball State University. Over the years, Leah has contributed significantly to various studies, including research on the epigenetic mechanisms of Toxoplasma gondii and pancreatic beta cell regeneration.
