Lizauri Hernandez

Lizauri Hernandez currently serves as the Associate Director of QA - Compliance at Eli Lilly and Company, leading the QA Compliance organization at the Kenosha County site and managing multiple quality assurance functions within a parenteral manufacturing facility. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Yoh and IPS-Integrated Project Services, focusing on quality assurance and compliance for biotechnology and API facilities, as well as serving as Director of Quality Management Systems at Fusion Pharmaceuticals, where Lizauri developed a global quality management system. At Incyte, Lizauri optimized Veeva platform systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. With a strong background in validation and quality, Lizauri has also held key positions at DePuy Synthes and various other organizations, contributing to the development of clinical supplies and quality assurance strategies. Lizauri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
