Lizauri Hernandez

Lizauri Hernandez is an experienced quality assurance professional currently serving as the Associate Director of QA - Compliance at Eli Lilly and Company since March 2025. Prior to this role, Lizauri worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant at Yoh, where key engagements included serving as the Technical Operations QA Lead Consultant for Spark Therapeutics, overseeing CQV documentation for a new biotechnology facility. Additional consulting experience includes QA for Ecolab at IPS-Integrated Project Services, where Lizauri reviewed process validation and automation documentation. As the Director of Quality Management Systems at Fusion Pharmaceuticals from January 2022 to December 2024, Lizauri led the creation and maintenance of a global quality management system. Previous experience also includes a Senior Manager position at Incyte, focusing on optimizing the Veeva platform systems in compliance with industry standards. Lizauri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
