Matt Mullen is currently the Director of Device Commercialization at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since 2023. They previously served in various engineering and managerial roles within Eli Lilly, including Director and Associate Director positions in IDM Product Engineering. Mullen's extensive experience also includes time as an Industrial Engineer at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, and various leadership roles at Firestone Industrial Products and Visteon Corporation. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at Indiana Wesleyan University while also working towards a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
