Rob Hesse, PhD, currently serves as Senior Director of Immunology Portfolio Strategy and Operations at Eli Lilly and Company since 2025. Previously, Rob held multiple positions at Sarepta Therapeutics from 2020 to 2025, including Director of Corporate Strategy and Director of Strategic Alliances.
