Sandra Prucka

Sandra Prucka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in genetic counseling and patient advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Diagnostics Environment at Eli Lilly and Company since August 2025, Prucka previously held roles including Patient Advocacy Consultant at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Clinical Medical and Molecular Genetics at Indiana University School of Medicine, where leadership in genetic counseling was a key focus. Additional experience includes Senior Director of Patient Engagement Strategy and Operations at Legacy Health Strategies, various consulting roles, and significant contributions to genetic counseling services at institutions such as the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
