Shanthi Nagarajan

Shanthi Nagarajan is a seasoned drug hunter currently serving as a Director at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since 2023, after previously working as a Senior Advisor there from 2020 to 2023. Shanthi's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemoinformatics from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, where they also studied as a student from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Shanthi worked as a Bioinformatics-Computer Operator at Pondicherry University from 2005 to 2007 and held various research positions, including a Research Associate at Oregon Health & Science University from 2014 to 2017 and a Postdoc at the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2012. Shanthi holds a B.Sc. in Plant Science and an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Nirmala College for Women and Bharathiar University, respectively.
