Simona Selva has a diverse background in chemical research and the pharmaceutical industry. Starting as a Research Assistant at GlaxoSmithKline in 1998, Simona focused on new synthetic methodologies in Combinatorial Chemistry. After completing a Doctorate in Chemical Sciences at Università di Bologna, a Visiting Researcher position at Lund University allowed for exploration in organometallic cluster synthesis. Simona's career then transitioned to roles at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Representative from 2005 to 2011 and later at Eli Lilly and Company, where responsibilities included Diabetes Medical Science Liaison and management in Cardiometabolic Health. Additional training in emotional fitness from the Roberto Re Leadership School further complements this professional journey.
