Ted Ebersole has extensive experience in patent law, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. From January 2019 to April 2023, Ted served in multiple roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Vice President and Assistant General Patent Counsel for Oncology. Prior to that, Ted held several positions in prominent law firms, including as a Patent Attorney at Jones Day and Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox. Ted began professional legal training with a JD in Patent Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Notre Dame, focusing on the reproductive biology of amphibians.
