Terra Doyle

Terra Doyle is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition leader currently serving as Associate Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Eli Lilly and Company since December 2024. Prior to this role, Terra held significant positions at Roche, including Recruitment Practice Lead for the Americas and Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, from March 2018 to November 2024. Terra’s earlier experience includes Senior Vice President of Talent Operations and Sr. Director of Recruiting Operations at WilsonHCG, as well as Recruiting Director at Interactions Corporation. Terra began the career at ADP, where roles included Director of Talent Acquisition and Sales Recruiting Manager. Terra holds a BS in Marketing and Management from Wichita State University, where involvement included Gamma Phi Beta Sorority and Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity.
