Tirthankar Das

Tirthankar Das is currently a Data Science Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, leading the Predictive Analytics Team within the Advanced Analytics and Data Science division. They have previously held roles as a Senior Data Scientist at Boeing Research and Technology, focusing on flight analytics and model development using Computer Vision and signal processing. Prior to that, Tirthankar worked as an Assistant Manager in Analytics at HSBC, where they specialized in customer valuation and digital analytics. They earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from IIT Kharagpur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur.
