Xiaoli Liang is currently the Executive Director of CMC at Eli Lilly and Company since 2025. Previously, Xiaoli served as Associate Manager at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services from 1999 to 2004 and as Principal Scientist at Allergan from 2007 to 2017. Additionally, Xiaoli held various roles in analytical development, including Executive Director and Senior Director at Morphic Therapeutic from 2023 to 2024, and Senior Manager at Arena Pharmaceuticals from 2005 to 2007. Xiaoli earned a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China.
