Jean-Michel Reghem

Jean-Michel Reghem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electricity market integration sector, currently serving as the Market-Grid and Offshore Concepts Team Lead at Elia since January 2013. With a strong focus on European electricity market coupling initiatives, Jean-Michel has led multiple projects related to Day-ahead and Intraday market implementations, including roles as co-convener for significant working groups in the Single Intraday Coupling framework. Prior to Elia, Jean-Michel held senior positions in product management and technical project management within the speech technology domain at Acapela Group, contributing to innovative TTS solutions. Additional experience includes co-founding a local cycling advocacy group and serving as a certification partner in energy building regulations. Jean-Michel holds several advanced degrees and certifications related to digital strategy, management, and engineering.
