Jelle Reynaert

Jelle Reynaert has extensive experience in public affairs and international relations, currently serving as the Secretary General of the Roundtable for Europe's Energy Future (REEF) since April 2024, where the focus is on the energy transition and commitment to the European Green Deal. Previously, Jelle Reynaert worked at Elia Group from May 2017, contributing to electricity transmission for 30 million end users. Prior roles include Attaché at the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU, advocating for Belgian interests, and EU Policy Officer at the European Association of Service providers for Persons with Disabilities, representing numerous service provider organizations. Jelle Reynaert holds a Post Master in International Relations and Conflict Management and a Master in Modern History from KU Leuven, as well as a Bachelor in Modern History from Katholieke Universiteit Brussel.
