Karl Robaux

Karl Robaux is an experienced digital transformation consultant and business agile coach, currently working at Elia as part of the Consumer, Market and System division since March 2020. In addition to his role at Elia, Karl founded Citrus Mind, where services include organizational, team, and individual coaching. Previously, Karl served as Head of Products at Vadis Technologies, focusing on product management and regulatory technology. With a background in innovation management and corporate banking at BNP Paribas Fortis, Karl held multiple managerial roles that emphasized change management, sustainability, and program management. Karl's career began at Proximus, where project management and engineering were key responsibilities. Karl holds a Master of Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain and has a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Virginia.
