Michael Dufranne

Michael Dufranne is a Senior UX Researcher and UX Research Team Lead at Elia, with significant experience in user experience design and research. As the owner of Usable Interface, a company specializing in UX and Conversion Rate Optimization, Michael focuses on placing customers at the heart of digital projects for both private and non-profit sectors. In addition to professional work, Michael serves as Maître de conférence at the University of Liège and as a guest speaker at Université libre de Bruxelles, sharing expertise in risk management, workplace well-being, and user experience design. Previous roles include Senior Usability Expert for the European Commission and Product Manager at EVS Broadcast Equipment.
