Rani Berlo

Rani Berlo is a Security Governance Manager at Elia since February 2021, contributing expertise in security governance. Previously, Rani served as a Board Member for the Criminologists Association for Private Security from January 2020 to August 2021. Rani also held dual roles at Securitas Belgium from January 2017 to January 2021, functioning as both Coordinator Legal Training & Trainers and Learning and Development Consultant. Early in the career, Rani gained experience as a Trainee in Physical Security at BNP Paribas Fortis in early 2016. Rani holds a Master's degree in Criminological Sciences from Ghent University, achieved in 2016, and has completed a language immersion programme in French at CERAN.
