Pablo Tamez

Pablo Tamez is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Security Architecture Manager at FEMSA since September 2019. Prior to this role, Pablo held the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Tecnológico de Monterrey, overseeing the cybersecurity strategy for multiple institutions, including Universidad Tecmilenio and Tec Salud, from October 2016 to September 2019. Pablo's career at FEMSA began in January 2007, with a progression through roles including Chief of IT Security and Information Security Coordinator. Additionally, Pablo served as an Exam Supervisor for (ISC)2 from December 2009 to 2011 and worked as an Information Security Specialist at Alestra from January 2005 to January 2007. Pablo holds a degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey and ITESM Campus Monterrey, earned between 2000 and 2004.
