Tom Moran is an experienced data scientist currently working at Elia since December 2022. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Data Scientist at ENGIE Mobisol from September 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included ETL development and maintenance of analytics databases such as Azure and Amazon Redshift, as well as building customer credit scoring and battery health models. Tom's early career included roles as an iOS Developer at Future Audio Workshop, where an interface was developed for the "Geo Track Identification" application, and as an iOS QA at TunedIn Media, managing the QA process for product launches. Tom holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from UCD Smurfit Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science from University College Dublin.
