Wim Michiels

Wim Michiels has over two decades of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Server Team Manager at Elia since May 2001, overseeing a team of approximately 45 individuals responsible for managing server, storage, and cloud environments in both Belgium and Germany, ensuring the operation of over 500 applications around the clock. Prior to this role, Wim worked as an Onsite Resident Engineer at Digital-Compaq from 1991 to 2001, initially starting as a repair engineer and later supporting the Apple Macintosh environment at Swift. Wim holds a degree from NaRaFi Brussels, earned between 1986 and 1989.
