Eliacin is a consultancy & investment boutique dedicated to Real Estate innovation, crossing its real estate experience with the most advanced trends in the PropTech field. Made in Luxembourg.

Eliacin, through its dedicated vehicle Erisa SA , partners with a couple of promising start-up (e.g. equity, corporate structuring, business development).

The PropTech domain is the transformation of the real estate market, thanks to new technologies and new players, offering innovative solutions changing the way the business used to be done.

According to the recent report drew up by the Oxford University, PropTech 3.0: the future of Real Estate (4.2017), PropTech embraces mainly 3 key verticals:

-	Smart Real Estate encompasses technology-based platforms which facilitate the operation and management of real estate assets. This sector supports real estate asset, property and facilities management.

-	The Shared Economy includes technology-based platforms which facilitate the use of real estate assets. This sector supports the real estate occupier markets.

-	Real Estate FinTech covers technology-based platforms, which facilitate the trading of real estate asset ownership. This sector supports the real estate capital markets.

Numerous start-ups address now the various pain points in this industry, and investors are catching this drift, as investment figures speak from themselves.
