Mitchell Arch, CPA, currently serves as Director at Eliassen Group since June 2022, having previously held the role of Senior Manager at both Eliassen Group and Fidato Partners, LLC, where innovative consulting and recruiting solutions in various business sectors were provided. Prior to this, Mitchell worked at Essential Utilities, Inc. as Manager of Financial Reporting, overseeing SEC filings, financial statement preparation, and audit coordination from January 2008 to February 2021. Earlier experiences include roles as Audit Senior at Advanta and Associate at KPMG, where skills in audit execution and financial reporting were developed. Mitchell holds a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
