Francesco Faginoli

Francesco Faginoli is an experienced professional in the home appliance industry, currently serving as the EPL Testing & Certification Manager at Elica since September 2023. In addition, Francesco is the Convenor of SG Hoods at APPLiA - Home Appliance Europe since 2020. Previously, Francesco held the position of Head of Global Functional Components at Franke Home Solutions from January 2021 to September 2023 and served as Functional Design Manager at Faber S.p.A from October 2002 to January 2021, where responsibilities included project specifications and electrical design. Francesco’s earlier roles encompassed Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Engineer, focusing on certification and testing according to various ISO standards. Additionally, Francesco presided over the Italian Technical Committee 59/61K (CEI) from 2010 to 2019, specializing in safety and performance for range hoods. Francesco holds an Executive Master in Technology and Innovation Management from Bologna Business School and a degree from Università Politecnica delle Marche.
