Marc Janin

Marc Janin has a diverse work experience in the field of agronomy and data science. Marc most recently worked at Elicit Plant as an Agronomist and Data Science Project Manager. Prior to that, they served as an Agronomy Manager at VIF-systems and as an Experimentation Engineer and Project Manager at Eureden. Marc also worked as a Digital Agronomist and High-throughput Phenotyping specialist at INRAE, Nanjing Agricultural University, and Inra - Institut national de la recherche agronomique. Marc has experience in GIS and digital agronomy from their time at Terres Inovia. Additionally, they have worked as a Project Coordinator and Agricultural Technician at EPL Saint-Paul and as an Agricultural Technician and Field Crop Scientist at ARVALIS - Institut du végétal. Marc started their career as an Agricultural Worker at EARL Le Pied Vert.

Marc Janin completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Agronomy, Crops production and protection at Institut Sandar from 2011 to 2013. Marc then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Life sciences at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2015 to 2017. Marc continued their education at L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, where they completed their Master 1 (M1) in Biology - Agrosciences from 2017 to 2018, and their Master 2 (M2) in Remote sensing, Environnement from 2018 to 2019.
