Jesse Petersen

Jesse Petersen has held a variety of positions in the design and cycling industries. In 1995, they began their career as a Designer for Pickering Creative Group, where they learned about design, color correction/scanning, match-print making, vinyl application, digital photography, sign installation, bidding and billing process, software installation, file management and backups, imagesetter maintenance and how to refill the copy machine. In 1997, they became the Creative Director for Icon Graphics, where they worked on beer labels, bike jerseys, and multi-media projects. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Oakcreek Printing as the Prepress Supervisor and Creative Director, and at Lincoln Journal Star as a Print/Web Designer and Marketing Graphics Standards. In 2004, they became an Account Executive for Screen Ink. In 2005, they became a Factory Rider for Monkey Wrench Cycles, where they traveled the country while riding expensive bicycles. In 2010, they returned to Screen Ink as a Designer and Production Manager. In 2014, they became an Advisor for Apple. Finally, in 2017, they became the Senior National Sales Manager for Champion System, USA. In 2023, they became an Account Manager for Eliel Cycling.

Jesse Petersen attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they earned a degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Graphic Design and Illustration.
