Cheryl T.

Cheryl T. has worked in the accounting industry since 2009. Cheryl began their career at Forum Energy Technologies as a Financial Reporting Specialist, where they were initially hired for A/R duties and then promoted within 6 months. In 2012, they moved to FleetPride as a Staff Accountant, where they analyzed budget to actual variances of stores by assigned regions of the U.S. and prepared monthly journal entries for accruals, reversals, recurring revenue and expenses, and re-classes. In 2013, Cheryl joined On-Site Protection LLC as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, where they were responsible for all accounting duties including A/P, A/R, payroll, financials, and journal entries. Cheryl also maintained and tracked weekly cash flow. In 2016, Cheryl moved to GMA Garnet Group as an Accountant I - Accounts Receivable & Collections, where they quickly learned NetSuite to review, reconcile, and enter large volume of past-due vendor invoices. Cheryl also implemented new A/P procedures to increase efficiency and improve the invoice documentation process. Finally, Cheryl joined DAP Services Inc. in 2017 as an Accountant (Fully Remote Mar 2020-Feb 2022), where they exported data for approximately 125 tenant accounts dating back to 2008. Cheryl also analyzed transactions for possible posting errors, and made corrections as needed. Additionally, Cheryl established the monthly reconciliation process to balance tenant transactions to the general ledger A/R. Currently, Cheryl is employed at Eliem Therapeutics as a Staff Accountant.

Cheryl T. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University, which they expect to complete in 2022.
