Xiaole (Sharon) Ma, MBA, CPA, CFA

Xiaole (Sharon) Ma has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and the fintech industry. Xiaole (Sharon) currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ELife since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Pony.ai, including Global Head of FP&A, US Head of Finance, and Director of Global Business Finance, US Head of Finance. Xiaole also gained experience in merger and acquisition finance at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and worked in audit roles at Deloitte, specializing in the fintech and TMT industries. Xiaole (Sharon) holds an MBA, CPA, and CFA.

Xiaole (Sharon) Ma has a diverse education background. Xiaole (Sharon) pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School, specializing in MBA for Executives. Xiaole (Sharon) attended the school from 2020 to 2022.

Prior to their MBA, Xiaole obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Microelectronics and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics with a dual major from Peking University. Xiaole (Sharon) completed their undergraduate studies from 2007 to 2011.
