William Ferreira has extensive experience in operations and customer experience, serving as the Head of Operations for LATAM & Iberia at Elife since April 2011. In this role, William has spearheaded the digital transformation of customer experience operations, employing technology such as DialogFlow and Watson to enhance customer interaction. Previous positions at Elife include Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, Sales Manager, and Business Development roles within Social CRM, focusing on customer insights and business growth. Additionally, William has academic experience as a lecturer in marketing and consumer behavior at ESPM and Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Currently pursuing a PhD in Digital Media at the University of Porto, William holds a Master's degree in Communication and Consumption Practices and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
