Gennadiy Palamarchuk has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in quality assurance and translation. Gennadiy started their career as a Researcher at SSI "Institute for Single Crystals" NAS of Ukraine from February 2005 to March 2013, where they gained skills in scientific research and experimental techniques. Gennadiy then worked as a Senior Lecturer at Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade from March 2013 to September 2013, focusing on organizing scientific research and the educational process related to food chemistry.

In 2013, Gennadiy worked as a Translator at MIKHAILYUK, SOROKOLAT & PARTNERS Patent and Trademark Attorneys for a brief period. Gennadiy later worked as a Chief Research Officer at Specom Oy from October 2017 to June 2018.

In December 2021, they obtained a certification in ISTQB® - Certified Tester Foundation Level Syllabus 2018 Version from GASQ.
