Justin Manaois

Justin Manaois is an experienced operations professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in project management and business administration. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Leader at Elim Village since May 2016, Justin has held multiple roles within the organization, including Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant. In addition, Justin is the Principal and Founder of Manaois Projects, established in March 2019. Prior experience includes a Project Manager Internship at Marquise Hospitality and a Customer Service Coordinator position at CLS Catering Services Ltd. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with a Certificate in Project Management and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same institution.
