Kateleen Paran

Kateleen Paran is an experienced professional currently serving as a Scheduler and Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Elim Village since October 2021, while also holding the position of President at the non-profit organization Pursuit of Happiness SFU, which focuses on student well-being. In previous roles, Kateleen has demonstrated strong skills in recruitment and team leadership as Vice President of Human Resources at Pursuit of Happiness, effectively onboarding multiple coordinators and enhancing team dynamics through various initiatives. Kateleen has also accumulated experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Fraser Health Authority, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and improving data accuracy using the Kronos Workforce ESP system. With a solid educational background in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Simon Fraser University, Kateleen has developed a diverse skill set in human resources and team management since obtaining a high school diploma from Johnston Heights Secondary School in 2020.
