Alina Kirzhanava

Alina Kirzhanava has work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA). Alina started their career at Texode in 2016 as a QA Engineer, where they performed functional and UI testing of websites and mobile apps, logged and verified issues, created check-lists and test cases, analyzed requirements, conducted regression and usability testing, and performed automation testing using tools such as Selenium IDE and Postman. Alina also interviewed candidates and mentored junior specialists. Additionally, they collaborated with the support and sales teams, tracked deadlines, reported progress, and resolved conflicts within the team and with customers. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of QA Lead at Texode, where their responsibilities included tracking task progress, monitoring developer workload, and ensuring project deadlines were met. In 2019, they joined Elinext as a QA Engineer and subsequently became a QA Lead in 2021.

Alina Kirzhanava obtained a Bachelor's degree in Control Systems from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Additionally, they acquired a certification in Software Testing Introduction from EPAM Systems in June 2016.
