Aziza Shcherbich

Aziza Shcherbich has extensive work experience in the IT industry, with a focus on project management and business analysis. Aziza is currently working at Elinext as the Delivery Manager and Head of the PM Department. In this role, they have been responsible for overseeing project delivery and managing the PM department since September 2021.

Prior to Elinext, Aziza worked at Softarex Technologies, Inc. as a Project Manager and Business Analyst from October 2018 to January 2019. Aziza was involved in managing projects in the social media and healthcare domains.

Before Softarex Technologies, Aziza worked at DreamService, LLC for four years. Aziza initially joined as a QA Engineer in January 2014 before transitioning to the role of Project Manager and Business Analyst in September 2014. During their time at DreamService, they gained experience in project management and business analysis.

Prior to their IT career, Aziza worked at the Minsk Prosecutor Office as a Documents Control Officer from May 2011 to November 2013.

Aziza has worked on various projects across different industries, including web and mobile applications in the banking, retail, and inventory management domains. Aziza has a strong background in project management, business analysis, and quality assurance.

Aziza Shcherbich attended the Law College of Belarusian State University in Minsk, Belarus from 2007 to 2011, where they received a Specialist degree in Civil Law. Following this, they pursued further education at Belarusian State University from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Economic Law.
