Lauren Benson

Lauren Benson has extensive work experience in operations, business, and customer service. Lauren began their career in 2006 as a Superannuation Consultant at RBF, where they later held the roles of Manager Member Options & Entitlements, Manager Member Contact, and Manager Operations Support. In 2014, they became an Organisational Development Advisor at the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI). In 2015, they took on the role of General Manager, Study Abroad at EDULINK, and in 2017 they joined Exera as Vice President, Clients & Quality. In this role, they led regular client reporting, negotiated and administered client contracts, overhauled management system and internal audit, and spearheaded external audit coordination and certifications. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Elinvar.de as Senior Operations Manager and Business Operations Manager.

Lauren Benson has an extensive education history. Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Business/Commerce from the University of Tasmania between 2003 and 2005. In 2008, they obtained a Diploma in Financial Services (Superannuation) from the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate IV in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Between 2015 and 2017, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Business. Finally, between 2018 and 2020, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems from Deakin University. In addition, they obtained a Qualified Education Agent Certification (Australia) from PIER in June 2016.
