Lee Lior-Hoffmann

Lee Lior-Hoffmann is currently the Chief Product Officer at Elio since May 2022. Previously, Lee worked at Genentech from 2016 to 2022 as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist in Protein Science, leading the Data and Systems group. Prior to that, Lee was a Postdoctorate at New York University from 2007 to 2015, specializing in Computational Biology. Lee also held positions as a Data Scientist at Applied Materials from 2003 to 2007. Lee holds a PhD in Computational Chemistry from New York University and dual BSc degrees in Computer Science and Chemistry from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. As a Teaching Assistant in Physical Chemistry, Lee instructed courses in Physical Chemistry Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, and General Chemistry. Through innovative research and expertise in data science, Lee has made significant contributions to various scientific fields.
