Andrew Rohacik

Senior MD, Real Estate Investments at Elion Partners

Andrew Rohacik is Senior Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at Elion, is a member of its Senior Management Committee, and participates in the firm’s Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Andrew is responsible for the firm’s leasing operations across its portfolio of assets, executing strategies that ensure value appreciation over time through hands-on management. Andrew also plays an active role in the due diligence process, ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to asset management.

Previously, Andrew served as a Senior Associate at CBRE, where he focused on leasing and sales of industrial, office and data center assets in the Greater Washington DC area. During his time at CBRE, he covered more than 10 million square feet and represented tenants in the acquisition of more than nine million square feet.

Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing with a minor in International Business from the University of Delaware.
