Duran Workman

Duran Workman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology staffing and development. As CEO and Co-Founder of Elios, Inc. since January 2025, Duran leads strategic initiatives and business growth. Prior roles include Director of Enterprise Development at Jobot from January 2022 to January 2025, where Duran advanced enterprise strategies, and a series of leadership positions at Hydrogen Group, including Vice President for Technology & Delivery in the Life Sciences and Technology sectors. Duran’s earlier experience includes significant roles at Robert Half, where Duran served as Director of Permanent Services and Division Director. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Saddleback College.
