Ben Miele

Ben Miele, M.Ed, LCSW, currently serves as the Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Program Manager at Eliot Community Human Services, overseeing the implementation of crisis intervention services for youth across eleven communities. With extensive experience in clinical supervision, program management, and staff training, Ben has developed collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including school districts and state agencies, to provide high-quality, culturally competent interventions. Previous roles include Assistant Team Manager, Clinical Supervisor, and Stabilization Clinician at Eliot, along with leadership positions at Pacia Life and Wayside Youth & Family Support Network, where advocacy for youth in care and management of educational services were prominent. Ben's educational background includes a Master of Social Work and a Master of Education in Higher Education, complementing nearly a decade of dedicated service to youth and families facing challenges within educational and mental health systems.
