Justin Dodge, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as the Director of Triage Services at Eliot Community Human Services, overseeing the mobile crisis intervention team in Essex County. Justin has extensive experience in crisis management, having held various leadership roles, including Weekend Stabilization Manager and Clinical Director in multiple social services divisions. Expertise includes conducting biopsychosocial assessments, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery for individuals in crisis. Justin also has a background in therapy for children and families, having provided in-home and virtual therapy, and has worked in various supportive roles in the field of social work. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work from Boston College, focusing on clinical specialization in Children, Youth, & Families, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bridgewater State University, graduating summa cum laude.
