Kristin Paone has an extensive work history in the field of human services. Kristin began their career at Lahey Health Behavioral Services as a Supervisor in 1998. Kristin then moved on to North Charles Inc, where they served as a Program Director from 2001 to 2002. Kristin then joined North American Family Institute, Inc., starting as an Assistant Program Director in 2002 and eventually becoming a Project Director from 2007 to 2009. Kristin also worked as a Direct Care Staff member at North American Family Institute from 2009 to 2016.
In 2009, Kristin joined Eliot Community Human Services and held various roles within the organization. Kristin was a Service Coordinator from 2009 to 2011, a Respite Clinical Supervisor from 2011 to 2011, a Respite Program Director from 2011 to 2016, a CBFS Team Leader from 2016 to 2019, and an Emergency Services Community Intervention Specialist from 2018 to the present. Kristin also served as the Director Of Residential Services DD/ABI from 2021 to 2023 and is currently the DD/ABI Division Director.
Additionally, Kristin worked at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) from 2019 to 2021 as a Licensing Coordinator/Compliance Officer III. Overall, Kristin's work experience showcases their expertise in various areas of human services and their dedication to supporting individuals in need.
Kristin Paone obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Salem State University, from 1994 to 2012. Kristin is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Sacred Heart University, expected to be completed in 2024.
