Nayara Souza

Nayara Souza, LICSW, serves as the Director of Urgent Care and Emergency Services and CCBHC Clinical Supervisor at Eliot Community Human Services since November 2021. Previously, Nayara held several positions at the same organization, including Triage Manager, Triage Supervisor, and Mobile Crisis Clinical Social Worker between September 2017 and November 2020. Nayara also worked as a Parent Coach at Neuromotion from July 2017 to July 2018 and held the position of Pool Director at The Shore and Country Club from May 2016 to September 2017. Additional experience includes a Psych Triage Intern role at North Shore Medical Center, an internship at Catholic Charities, and positions at the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club and Family Abuse Services of Alamance County. Nayara holds a Master’s degree from Boston University School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from Elon University.
