Siu Ping Chin Feman

Siu Ping Chin Feman currently serves as the Medical Director of Homeless and Outreach Services and the Medical Director of Care Coordination at Eliot Community Human Services since June 2021. Feman has been a Voluntary Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UMass Chan Medical School since July 2015, involved in the Homeless Outreach and Advocacy Project at Community Healthlink until January 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Medical Director of Substance Use Disorder Services at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021, and Medical Director at Gavin Foundation, Inc. from October 2017 to January 2020. Feman's earlier positions also include Fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry and residency at Partners HealthCare from June 2010 to June 2015, following a Research Assistant position at Harvard School of Public Health from June 2002 to June 2006. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Tulane University School of Medicine and a B.S. cum laude in Psychology and Chinese Studies from Davidson College.
