Doug Jones

Doug Jones is currently the Head of Client Success at Eliq. Prior to this, they served as the Client Success Director at Advizzo from November 2018 to February 2021. Before that, they were an Implementation Engineer at Advizzo from April 2018 to November 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Consultant at Opower from November 2015 to April 2018, where they served as the go-to expert on the tools in Client Success, and communicated complex configurations, potential solutions, user stories and bugs to technical and non-technical internal stakeholders. Doug also helped expand the CA role for Opower to include configuration of targeted web banners using Optimizely to help drive customer engagement.

Doug Jones has a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol. Doug also attended The Judd School.
