Mike Spence

Mike Spence has extensive experience in talent engagement and acquisition within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Director of Talent Engagement at ELIQUENT Life Sciences since November 2012, Mike previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager during ELIQUENT's formation from multiple consultancies. Before this, Mike worked as Talent Engagement Manager at Validant, providing top-tier regulatory consulting services. Earlier career positions include Account Executive at On Assignment Healthcare Staffing and Director of Sales and Recruiting at Healthcare Professional Staffing, along with experience as Sales Manager at Brightline Medical LLC. Mike holds a degree in Education from the University of North Florida.
