Chau Mai-Paradee

Chau Mai-Paradee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co., gaining valuable insight into the financial products and banking industry. They were responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and cross-selling banking products.

In 2013, Chau joined South Seattle College and took on multiple roles. As the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Marketing Officer, they managed the publication of publicity material and organized academic workshops and community events. They also served as the International Ambassador Lead, planning orientations for new international students and conducting training sessions for student ambassador team members. Additionally, Chau worked as a Student Activities & Programs Publications Guide.

From 2016 to 2018, Chau worked at the University of Minnesota as an Information Technology Help Desk Specialist. They provided technical support to the university community, oversaw local and computer lab facilities, and continually updated their knowledge of new products and services. In addition, they served as an International Ambassador, writing blogs to assist international students with academic and cultural adjustments.

In 2018, Chau joined TCF Bank as a Senior Business Process Analyst and later took on the role of Enterprise Operations Support Analyst, focusing on Oracle P2P processes.

Currently, Chau is a Cloud ERP Consultant at Elire Inc., working on various Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects for clients such as Chugach Government Solutions, Bank of New York Mellon, and Channel Control Merchant, LLC.

Chau Mai-Paradee began their education at State of Washington and Board of Trustees of Washington College District VI, where they obtained their High School Diploma. After completing high school, they attended South Seattle College from 2013 to 2015, although no degree or field of study is specified during this period.

Chau then transferred to the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) & Business Analytics. Chau enrolled in this program from 2016 to 2018.

In terms of additional certifications, Chau obtained the Oracle Financials Cloud: Payables 2022 Implementation Professional certification from Oracle in November 2022. Chau also received a Certificate of Academic Excellence from South Seattle College in 2014.
